I appreciated the poolside area with its easy access to sea swimming. every staff member was friendly and always ready to assist. my room offered a wonderful view. It was very nice.
The mini fridge was stocked fully, i found the prices very high. i was told not to put my own items in it. I thought that was a bit cheeky. the hotel only provided one complimentary bottle of water, it was only refilled once.

The location offered great views. I really enjoyed the scenery.
The breakfast was not excellent at all. The food quality seemed more like a 3-star experience. Certainly it did not give me the sense of being in a supposed 5-star hotel. Swimming pool and surrounding areas felt very crowded.

The hotel's position is beautiful. It overlooks the islands and ocean. Rooms are clean and relatively modern. The pools are nice and clean! Staff were polite and helpful.
I found the food selections were not serviced or checked. I chose the lamb being cooked. Once sat, I found the lamb was raw and cold in the center, certainly not safe to eat.
