dated room archaic bathroom
The location was undeniably convenient for exploring, that i will admit. the room felt surprisingly dated. There was a distinct lack of drawer space. the bathroom setup was rather archaic. It featured a shower over the bath, not the walk-in shower one might expect from a supposedly high-end hotel. The absence of soap bars also felt oddly cheap.

a tender haven near the ancient walls
effortless check-in exquisite meal super clean room
the seamless airport transfer i booked through the hotel began my stay. check-in was effortless, complete with a room tour that showcased the elegance. in-room dining was prompt, offering exquisite meals suited for romance. helen from housekeeping kept the room super clean, ensuring every detail met my expectations.
during breakfast, i noticed the staff seemed to select the currency for payment, not allowing me to choose. this felt rather presumptuous, and i would have preferred to manage the transaction in my own way. i found it a bit off-putting during such a pleasant morning.

inadequate drawer space outdated bathroom
The location proved satisfactory. It provided convenient access to the surrounding area.
The bathroom presented issues. A shower over the bath felt outdated, failing to meet the expectations set by comparable five-star establishments. furthermore, the absence of a simple bar of soap was noted. The provision of body wash and gel dispensers positioned halfway up the wall was inconvenient. the room lacked adequate drawer space. Storing clothing items such as t-shirts and shorts on the shelf above the hanging rail was not a practical solution.

The wellness center was disappointing. It is small, with a coed sauna and steam room next to the indoor swimming pool. This meant it was difficult to relax because of the noise from kids. I would expect more peace for the price (north of $600 for a basic room).

The hotel's location made sightseeing very easy. I could quickly return to my room for a rest. The breakfast had buffet options and made-to-order dishes. Everything tasted fresh.
The shower was in a bath (this was not ideal). It was difficult for my mother to use. The room felt very small for three people. My bed was a camp bed, not a proper one.

convenient location fine decor friendly staff seamless transfer service
I found the location convenient for exploring. Our room had fine decor with a comfortable bed (I especially enjoyed the soft pillows). The staff were always friendly and professional. The hotel also offers a seamless airport transfer service.
I did notice a slight delay at check-in.
