lovely receptionistperfect stay
The reception lady, Ina, was SO lovely. She helped me book an uber taxi for my cruise ship transfer. The hotel staff was very good AND well run. I enjoyed my stay . IT was just perfect!

The location is on the harbor. The hotel is situated right by the sea. Its bar is perfect for relaxation. It is very suitable for an afternoon chat while enjoying the scenery. I REALLY recommend it!

The cleanliness surpassed my expectations, a welcome change from many hotels i've visited. the staff demonstrated really good attentiveness. they even acknowledged my birthday with a thoughtful gesture, a complete surprise. the breakfast service was also superb. The team was very attentive and friendly
the sound insulation in the room was not adequate. i could clearly hear footsteps and noise from the room above, somewhat disrupting the otherwise peaceful stay.

The room was always clean, and they had great facilities. the location helps exploring this city. i found the breakfast amazing, with lots of choices and great quality. i appreciated that the staff were friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.
the hotel lobby was a disaster once. the music played by the dj was very loud, and , made us to leave.

the rooftop pool offers great views. the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i noticed the availability of a seafront bar too, great for relaxed evenings with refreshing beverages and direct access to the waterfront.
