The breakfast had everything i wanted.
The bathroom was far too small. It felt cramped. Check out at 10:30 is MUCH too early. my stay did not feel like a 4-star experience. I was disappointed.

The breakfast featured an excellent variety of options. It included both hot and cold selections. The room was lovely. It was comfortable and well-equipped with amenities. I appreciated the excellent shower pressure and the friendly staff at breakfast.

a nice stay

i found the breakfast selection quite diverse. my assigned executive room offered ample space. i did notice the restaurant near the piano bar served particularly good food.
during my visit, i noted the absence of air conditioning. this created uncomfortable conditions because the room temperature never went below 23 degrees at night. despite this, i found ways to manage. hopefully, the hotel addresses this going forward.

Wonderful Stay Near the Walls

The staff was very polite. It. Breakfast was amazing, with a wide selection of delicious options each morning. I found it easy to walk down the hill to the city walls, which took about fifteen minutes. The location was convenient. A bus stop across the street made travel very easy.
The gym equipment was a bit dated. Some of the machines could use an update.

breakfast was good, there was plenty to choose from. rooms included standard items, like a fridge and safe.
our room felt old, the shower had a bad design. initially they gave us a modern room with a sofa bed, thats not what i booked, so they fixed it.

the breakfast buffet was varied, with many choices available.
The cleanliness was a concern. I found a large amount of hair on the floor in both the room and bathroom. the double bed was two single beds pushed together. the small, locked window affected ventilation (i had to sign a form to unlock it).

Mixed Experience at this Hotel
poor breakfastmissing courtesy room
The breakfast was not good and the half-board dinner was also poor. I was given dinner on the first day because an engineer worked on the air conditioning and caused a lot of noise. There was no courtesy room available to wash and change in this hotel, it was disappointing.
