The rooms were perfect. The hotel was quiet despite a full occupancy. Breakfast offered endless options (especially the fresh fruit). I found the reception staff very helpful. Free parking was available. I received prompt assistance whenever I needed it.
The air conditioning system had minor inconsistencies in operation. It sometimes restarted after being turned off.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. This made my arrival and departure very easy. I appreciated the room upgrade I received. It included a spacious layout. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection. I found many options to suit my taste.

Really good Stay at this Central Hotel

I WAS given a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. The room was very spacious and impeccably clean. Car parking was complimentary, offering a hassle-free experience (a HUGE bonus!).
Check-in took longer due to bus arrivals. Online check-in is not available. Not being able to open the window in the room proved a challenge. The air conditioning seemed to change temperature on its own, which became irritating.

The breakfast had great variety and quality.
I was very disappointed. My room was dusty, and the housekeeping didn't vacuum during my three-night stay. The shower partition leaked, and the garbage bin in the bathroom was broken. Fingerprints covered many surfaces.
