free upgrade very nice view worn carpet dirty hooks

i liked the free upgrade to one of the refurbished rooms it was very comfortable. i also appreciated the sea view room with a balcony it offered an very nice view

the carpet in my room was well worn in places and had many stains it should have been changed. the plastic hooks in the toilet were filthy dirty and unused they should have been removed

underwhelming stay

the room i got was supposedly a "double room balcony sea view", but it felt more like a single. also, the promised sea view was mostly obstructed by a very large tree. the air conditioning was stuck on 'slightly stuffy' setting no matter what i did with the thermostat.

lovely stay with fine features

friendly staff great variety diligent cleaning

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the buffet breakfast offered a great variety of fresh foods (i especially liked the selection of local cheeses). the rooms were kept super clean by the diligent cleaning staff. i really liked the taxi service in buggies to the town at any time.

the outdoor pool was a bit cold because overhanging trees covered most of it.

the hotel enjoys an amazing location and offers a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding landscape, with great access to nearby points of interest. additionally, there is convenient access to the bus at the end of route 4, a good option to explore the area.

the staff are always ready to assist with any request. a golf cart service is available to take guests down to the pier and then pick them up when they are ready. this adds comfort.

sea view amazing location saltwater pool

i upgraded to a sea view room. the view was magnificent! the location is amazing and the staff are friendly. the amenities are great and breakfast was good, i enjoyed the saltwater pools and the food and drinks by the pool. i'm definitely coming back!

the lifts were quite busy sometimes, so there were long wait times.

the breakfast buffet was wide ranging and had many options to choose from. both outdoor and indoor pools were clean and well maintained, the beach area below the hotel was well organized. i found many places to eat nearby and the sunsets were lovely.

the hotel is quite large, so it feels a bit impersonal.

Housekeeping manager martina was attentive and helpful. hotel manager mario was also super attentive to every need i had. I found this very excellent. the staff was always available to help.

quality shower hair products comfortable bed

The room included good quality shower and hair products. This meant i didn't need to overfill my suitcase. i found someone cleaning constantly, the whole place looked tidy. the bed was comfortable.

the hill to town is quite steep.
