spacious roomcomfortable pillows
our beautiful family room was spacious. the bed and pillows were comfortable, which i found beneficial after a long day..
i would have appreciated earlier breakfast options as my schedule was tight.

lovely city stay
welcome drinkwide selectionstuffy air
the staff gave us a lovely welcome drink of prosecco upon arrival. the room had bottled water and biscuits. breakfast was delicious with a wide selection. i especially liked the glasses of mimosas. it was all included in the price.
the room was warm i found the window had an inside glass that opened but the outside window didn't open so the air felt stuffy. it was not enough to put me off staying there again though.

the hotel had a downstairs bar, great for light bites. the hotel restaurant is a little fancy, however the breakfast in the restaurant was great. the hotel staff were amazing and willing to provide information.

Breakfast options were GOOD. The location allowed easy exploration of the town. I found the bar to be a good addition. Staff were AMAZING!!!
The hotel is on a VERY steep hill. Parking was a 15 minute walk away, a small inconvenience. I found that there were limited parking options. Rooms lacked AC.
