lovely experience!
christmas tree spacious room cute teddy
I found the team polite and helpful. my room had a christmas tree and a balcony overlooking the garden. It was spacious. stephen and the team created a nice stay. i especially appreciated the cute teddy bear for my daughter.
The pool rules were not consistently enforced. One guest went into the pool straight after using the sauna. he did not rinse himself. this should be addressed.

The breakfast had good choices and was delicious. It was a very pleasant start to my day. the restaurant menu featured many selections, and the service was perfect. I found it excellent.

The train station is very close. It is about a two-minute walk. easy access to the town is available from the premises. the hotel is also perfect for seeing local attractions.

the pool area looked lovely and provided relaxation. the cleanliness throughout the entire hotel was noticeable. the refurbishment currently underway appears excellent, particularly the main dining room with its new furniture and carpet.

mixed feelings about the stay
slow service staff communication
The location is quite good. The hotel is near everything i needed. it was convenient.
I encountered issues , and i was quite let down. The service was very slow. i waited a long time for my order, and the staff didn't seem to communicate effectively. the long wait was frustrating.

helpful staff good food presentation convenient location missing water bottles malfunctioning tv
the staff was helpful, especially during breakfast. i found the food presentation good. the location suited my needs as i planned to visit local bars.
This was a surprise. the room lacked water bottles, which i would have appreciated. the menu code on the tv did not work.
