I stayed in the annex building. My room offered generous space and cleanliness. Parking was Convenient right outside the door. I enjoyed the cooked breakfast. Portions were well-sized. The hotel Provided a good selection at the continental buffet.
The water was tepid in the bathroom. It was a tiny blip.

The breakfast offered a Full English option. This included cereals, toast, tea, coffee, and fruit juice. As much as you like. The portions were large, especially the beer-battered fish with hand-cut chips.

The carpark offered ample space for vehicles. I found the reception staff to be friendly and helpful. The room provided tea and coffee making facilities. The bar and restaurant staff were very polite and accommodating, and I appreciated their customer service.
The furniture in the room showed some wear, but this was not a major issue.

The receptionist was helpful. I appreciate that.
the menu felt quite limited. the first night, my meal included pastry. it was unfortunately rock hard, and the beans at breakfast were dried out. the room smelled like it had been a smoking room despite being non-smoking.
