Really good Stay

The breakfast included homemade jams and offered a wide selection. I enjoyed salmon and omelets along with a full English breakfast. The portions were generous and gave excellent value for money. The staff were friendly and very helpful .

The internet service was occasionally slow during peak times but this was only a minor issue. it did not significantly impact my stay otherwise. I managed to stay connected for essential tasks.

I was looking forward to my visit, but some things didn't quite meet expectations. the room i booked, a 'superior double room', wasn't as soundproof as i hoped. i could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway quite clearly, disruptive at times. also, the shower pressure was quite low, and i found it difficult to have a comfortable shower. It was a bit disappointing given the price i paid.

I found the hotel staff very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone always had a smile. Our room was quiet and comfortable. The location is great for touring the North York Moors (it's nice and quiet here).

I noticed the room was a bit warm upon arrival. They did quickly sort this out. The situation was very efficient.
