Breakfast was a highlight. I ordered off the menu and it was perfect. pastries and dairy produce were available while i waited. my son received a christmas gift, a lovely touch. staff was always very helpful.
The mash potatoes were cold one evening. I found this disappointing considering other aspects.

the staff were cute and helpful, really doing their best.
I had issues with noise. Neighboring rooms were partying until 5am, shouting and banging. i tried contacting reception, but no one answered the phone or was present. plus, the casserole was salty, almost inedible, disappointing.
