the staff was very friendly, it met my expectations.
The room overlooked the beer garden and the noise was quite disturbing! it was hard to relax with the constant chatter and music. also, the coffee at breakfast wasn't great. It tasted weak. i really think they need to upgrade the coffee machine.

the room was very clean and had lovely toiletries from the white company. fresh milk was available with the refreshments provided. the shower was powerful and the pillows plus duvet were very comfy. i found nice little touches such as fudge and sleep packs.
i noticed that the room could use a bit of brightening up, as it looked slightly tired.

the room was quite noisy. it was located next to the kitchen fan, operating from 7 am to 10 pm. additionally, the speaker for the outdoor courtyard was right by my room, meaning i heard music until 10 pm (it was hard to relax).

I enjoyed a relaxed stay. The room was spacious and had many drinks and snacks, some were complimentary. I ate in the restaurant both evenings, each meal was presented well and very tasty.

The location was easy to find on the main road. the room i had was bigger than i expected, a nice surprise. the staff were helpful and nice. I always felt welcomed .
I found the room to be a bit noisy, the smoke alarm made constant noise. There was also noise from extractor fans. the breakfast was not great. it could use some improvements .

The staff were very friendly. Everyone helped my dog. dinner was fantastic and i enjoyed a full yorkshire breakfast.
The fire alarm double clicked once every minute throughout night. I did not sleep at all on our first night
