The hotel was lovely, our room was very nice and neat. the staff were attentive, they suggested nice walks near the canal. It offered good views. the location is great with free parking, it made access to the town very easy. we enjoyed delicious food, the presentation was beautiful.
The road outside was busy all night, the traffic noise was slightly disturbing from our room. Even with the windows closed. it was only a minor issue though.

the breakfast offered a good choice, it provided a variety of options to start the day. the rhubarb martinis were superb, they added a special touch to our evenings. the food presentation was lovely.

The food was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful (they really made a difference). Free parking was very convenient. I would definitely use again.
The shower pressure is woeful. It takes a good five minutes to get warm (which is quite annoying). The toilet flush is loud. It's not great at the price i paid.

poor sound insulationfaulty lift
I was a little disappointed . the sound insulation in my room was almost nonexistent. i could hear every little thing happening next door, even simple actions like switching on a light switch.. it was quite disruptive.
