the location was excellent, very close to many shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
The room was quite small, and i found the bathroom cramped. There was barely enough space to move around comfortably. also, the shower pressure was very weak, something i really did not like.

The bedroom felt SO sparse. I expected something cosy. It was all whitewashed walls, and brassy furniture decorated it. The bed spread and cushion felt old and dirty. THE bathroom was nice! though the bath was not full sized.

The location is great (i really liked it), with easy access to many pubs, restaurants, and shops. adrian, the concierge, offered superb assistance with theater bookings and dining recommendations. i found his practical advice helpful. It.
i noticed the reception lobby and common areas seemed a bit too dark. brighter spaces would have made it more cute, especially for families with children. this affected the ambiance somewhat.

The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of options at the continental buffet. the hotel restaurant is worth a visit. I've dined there multiple times. i had the best hot chocolate (the crème brûlée was very nice, easily the best i've ever had!).
