mixed feelings about my stay
unhelpful associate unexplained charges
the room was nice and neat, meeting my expectations for basic comfort.
The front desk associate was unhelpful at check-in. The initial deposit amount they quoted differed from the actual charge, causing confusion, i was also told that the hotel would charge me an additional fee if i requested a late checkout, but i never requested one, yet the charge was on my bank statement, this caused significant inconvenience.

A Few Issues Detracted From the Experience
breakfast buffet worst beds
The rooms had an AMAZING jetted tub.
Check-in was not smooth. I was not offered the breakfast buffet. When i used a second card, the front desk charged my second card for the hotel AND the meals. THIS was a mess. The beds are the WORST i have EVER been in.
