The perfect service stood out immediately. The staff arranged seamless pickup from the airport and drop-off. decor created a romantic atmosphere, transporting me to another era. the location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. breakfast was a delight, fueling me for the day's adventures.

The noise level was sometimes disruptive. I found it hard to fully relax due to sounds from the hallway and neighboring rooms. despite the hotel's charm, this affected my ability to rest and recharge.

Wonderful stay

really good lobby duck parade great view

I found the lobby an really good place to unwind. The parade of ducks was quite nice, a unique experience. The pool located on the top floor provided excellent views. It was a great way to see the surrounding area.

I found an aspect that could be improved. I had issues with customer service at the reception. Staff could improve their friendliness and offer a smile, improving guest interaction. Regular check-ins to see if guests need help are important.
