central location and clean rooms

clean roommodern decorexcellent positioncheerful staff
i stayed in a twin room, and it was quite clean. the decor looked modern and well-designed. i found the position of the hotel excellent. the reception staff member who greeted me was polite and cheerful.
the hotel charges extra for parking, which i found a bit inconvenient. it would have been better if parking had been included in the room rate. the stairs and walls looked shabby.
Dining
8/10
the breakfast service seemed understaffed, with uncleared tables. coffee and some food stations were not refreshed quickly enough. i noticed that staff did not show guests to tables, but the breakfast was lovely!
Location
9/10
the location was perfect and central to everything. it is very close to shops and other amenities. the hotel is near the marketplace! though the parking was expensive.
Service
9/10
The reception staff were a real credit to the hotel. They were helpful and smiling at all times. i saw that they seemed to go above and beyond to assist guests. the staff were excellent.

appreciates efficient service

efficient staffdinner preordergreat servicepump noise
i appreciate the efficient staff, they allowed us to preorder dinner. this accommodated our theatre visit. mark and paige were attentive in the restaurant. nothing was too much trouble for them. breakfast was fresh, the staff provided great service.
a pump was located on the flat roof outside. it created some noise, starting around 7am. this did wake me up, unfortunately. i planned to mention this, but reception was unattended.
