Fantastic Hotel Experience

The free minibar had soda, beer, juice, and water, a big plus. A Nespresso machine was available in my room for coffee. The bed was super comfortable I must say. The modern room amenities were great.
I encountered an issue with the handle under the shower. Its square corner caused bruising when bumped during showers. The design needs some attention. It was not optimal for the shower.

helpful staffinconsistent serviceroom cleaning
The front desk staff were polite and helpful.
I found the service inconsistent with a luxury experience. My room was not cleaned until after 4 PM despite promises of a morning cleaning. This happened even after I spoke with reception and waited downstairs for over an hour (I was really frustrated). I was also surprised the hotel charges for ice delivery to the room.

small roomunderstocked minibar
The room we got wasn't the "superior double room" i had booked. It was smaller and didn't have the promised view. also, the mini-bar wasn't properly stocked upon arrival, it only had a couple of drinks, i had to call twice to get it refilled. It was annoying
