Underwhelming stay. Needs improvement
noisy street outdated furniture
the breakfast was acceptable.
The air conditioning barely worked, i was sweating all night. the noise from the street was constant. I could hear everything as if the windows were open. also, the furniture felt outdated and worn.

tiny shower cubicle basic breakfast
the location was acceptable, close to the ferry terminal.
The bathroom was terrible with a tiny shower cubicle, it was not fit for purpose. i stayed for 2 nights and could not wash my hair in the shower because there was not enough room and it was very claustrophobic. breakfast was also basic. I expected more from this star hotel.

i found the staff friendly. the location near the port was very convenient for my cruise. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, which i really liked.
