Really good Hospitality and Prime Location
kind staff detailed attention seamless check-in
The staff was kind and helpful with any request (I appreciated their attention to detail). I had a seamless check-in experience, and any questions I had were answered promptly. The hotel's location made it easy to explore many sites. The location also ensured peace, since the hotel sits on a pedestrian street.
The reception area is quite small.

The hotel personnel was attentive and gracious, providing assistance with directions and recommendations (Mariette was really good). They were very good too ensure all needs were met. The staff provided prompt and efficient service.

Breakfast included fresh produce and fruit. I enjoyed the variety of options. The breakfast service included made-to-order omelets, and coffee. The overall dining experience was very convenient before a day of exploration.

The room was quiet and spacious. It included ample space for luggage. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had counterspace. I had restful sleep.

the staff was friendly and the location worked for my needs.
my room faced an alley and got little natural light. the mini-fridge also didn't work, so i couldn't keep drinks cold, quite annoying!!!

old bed closed rooftop bar
the location was good, offering easy access to nearby attractions.
The room decor felt very basic. The bed seemed old, causing back pain. the room felt dark. i also found the advertised rooftop bar was closed, though the hotel's website still showed it as available, misleading.

efficient staff quick service breakfast choice
the location was quite good. it allowed easy access to local shops and restaurants. the staff was efficient. they provided quick service upon request. breakfast offered many choices and tasted great.
the room was next to the elevator so there was some noise.
