The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location suited my needs perfectly because it was great for accessing both the metro and the cruise port (a major plus for my travel plans).

The room lacked sufficient soundproofing. I could hear doors slamming and people talking, disruptive (thankfully, I had earplugs). The air conditioning system's wall panel emitted excessive light, and I had to cover it.

The noise was a real problem. i could hear everything happening outside and in the hallway. Doors slamming and people talking kept me awake. also, the air conditioning was locked, i couldn't adjust the temperature to be more comfortable. these issues made it tough to relax..

the noise level from nearby streets was sometimes disruptive. the air conditioning system was difficult to regulate and maintain a constant temperature. i experienced some delays during check-in due to a backlog of guests. there weren't enough accessible power outlets near the bed.

Fantastic Stay Near the Ferry!

I found the location convenient for catching my ferry. The proximity to the boarding gates made my early morning departure stress-free. The room had modern amenities. It featured a big window offering a great city view. That was a thoughtful touch!

The pillow menu was unavailable when I requested a different pillow. I was told the hotel was full, so no spare pillows were on hand. This affected my sleep quality during the night.
