Acceptable, but Room for Improvement

pool maintenance no cancellation
The breakfast buffet had a good selection and it made it easy to start the day.
The hotel pool was under maintenance. This lasted over a month. I was not told this at check-in and I could not cancel my reservation. It was the hottest time of year and there was no pool.
