problematic check in underwhelming breakfast
location was good, alright for exploring the main tourist spots.
check in was a mess. staff told me she call at 11.00am about the room. i didn't hear from her so went back to the hotel at 11.30 only to be told i been upgraded, but that room wasn't available. a group were being checked in before me and my allocated room got reassigned to them. also, breakfast boxes were underwhelming.

I found the location excellent. It placed me within easy reach of key attractions. the breakfast offered variety, particularly the fresh juices. the rooftop restaurant was beautiful and i liked how the staff were attentive. They always responded quickly to requests.
i found that the soundproofing could be improved, as street noise was occasionally noticeable

The room was impeccably very comfy and tidy, a detail i valued . the upper level bar and dining area offered a priceless view. i found the breakfast excellent. The wonderful selection and fresh squeezed orange juice were a delight.
there was faint music heard sometimes. this did not particularly bother me, yet i thought i would share it

The hotel provided good amenities. i liked the central location. It was easy to walk to shops and restaurants. i had a complimentary upgrade to a family room and found it very spacious. the perfect cleanliness also met my expectations.
