mixed feelings about my stay

plastic cups faulty air conditioning

the drinks were served in flimsy plastic cups, even at the bar during the evening. this felt quite cheap for a hotel aiming for a higher standard. also, the air conditioning in my room did not function correctly. it blew hot air and switched on randomly during the night, a problem i did not bother to report.

I found the Pilates sessions quite beneficial. The hotel had WI-FI throughout, even by the pools. Housekeeping came promptly each morning. The food ordered via the app was well presented and allowed for customization.

The plastic glasses were stained, unappealing. There was no drinks service around the pool. I constantly had to queue at the bars. I could only get two drinks per order. This was limiting.

the rooms was a good size. it also had options to have the room refreshed often. all inclusive drinks are nice. they provided excellent bar service.

the hotel decor is lovely. rooms are a good size. beds are really comfy and i had a good size balcony.

the majority of staff are miserable. i found them not approachable. the hotel isn't in a nice area and you can often hear the road noise

clean hotel safe parking friendly staff

the hotel was very clean. i liked that the gym was available. the pool bar served good coffee. it was easy to park in the hotel's parking lot and i felt safe. the staff were always friendly.

the cocktails were too sweet. i would have liked more variety in the cocktails.

The gym included several cardio machines. i saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes. there were two pools. One was quieter. safe parking was available for all guests on the premises.

the breakfast buffet offered variety. i enjoyed fresh pizza and gyros, all ordered via an app. the on-site restaurant provided a fine dining experience, an additional special touch.

the room decor was lovely. rooms included a little fridge. wi-fi was available throughout the hotel including the pool areas. housekeeping came every morning to ensure the rooms were clean.
