calm stay at a beautiful location
quick staff panoramic view villa privacy direct access
I found the staff very responsive. They quickly addressed all requests. the hotel boasts a sensational location, offering panoramic views. staying in a villa provided privacy and direct sea access. i highly recommend this hotel due to these reasons.
The buffet restaurant was noisy due to many children. This impacted the dining experience somewhat.

the concierge service was very professional and helpful. reception staff helped arrange a late check out on our final day, they organized everything efficiently. the entire team showed a special level of customer service.

the rooms are wonderful with comfortable beds. the views from the windows were amazing! the hotel maintains perfect cleanliness standards. the grounds are beautifully maintained, i thought about this, so nice.

fine location maintained grounds comfortable balcony thoughtful touches
The hotel location is fine, with everything feeling first class. the grounds are extensive and well maintained, a testament to great work. our room included a large comfortable balcony with amazing views. little touches included bottles of water and grapes brought to the beach. prosecco was in our room upon arrival. I was thankful for this welcome.
the main pool was quite busy and full of children. it was difficult to relax by the pool and swim, but this was a very minor issue.

the staff responded quickly to every need and were always ready to help. management allowed us to extend our room check out, a generous gesture. elieri and andreas in the restaurant were cute.

I celebrated a special occasion at the hotel. The airport pickups were smooth and friendly. Joanna, the private concierge, addressed all our needs promptly. Our villa included a private pool near the beach. Staff regularly brought us fresh water and fruit.

I stayed in a villa with a private pool and direct beach access. The villa was comfortable with high quality furnishings. The food at the various restaurants was very good. The staff was generally helpful (especially Loukia from guest relations).
The location is a bit isolated, so you will need a car if you want to explore the surrounding area.
