helpful staff diverse options convenient location functional facilities

The staff was quite helpful, providing detailed information and arranging transportation efficiently. Breakfast included diverse options, which i considered amazing. I found the location very convenient. The facilities were clean and fully functional.

I noticed some noise coming from nearby rooms. The walls felt a bit thin.

friendly staff comfortable room perfect rooftop

the staff was friendly (i enjoyed their recommendations for local cafes). my superior room was comfortable with a nice bathroom. i found the rooftop to be the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee.

soundproofing between rooms was minimal.

A Good Stay Near the Port

convenient access pleasant walk friendly staff peaceful escape

The location offered convenient access to both the metro and the ferries. I found the walk to Zea Marina very pleasant. Staff members were consistently friendly and ready to assist with directions and local information. The rooftop terrace provided a peaceful escape with beautiful city views.

I noticed that some of the corridors can be a bit noisy at times.

The reception was staffed 24 hours a day, ensuring assistance was always available. Staff readily arranged taxi services for early morning departures. A kind gentleman assisted me with my luggage upon arrival, a thoughtful touch that I appreciated.

crooked toilet seat missing shower door

the room was small, and the bathroom felt quite outdated. the toilet seat was not properly fitted (it was crooked!), and there was no shower door. this meant the bathroom floor got soaked every time i showered. it was a bit annoying to deal with all the water.

some issues during stay

air conditioning system unacceptable behavior

the air conditioning system wasnt good. i had to call the reception every time i wanted to change the temperature, it was annoying. also, one morning, someone from room service just opened the door while i was still asleep. it was unacceptable and its not something i expected.
