location good, room disappointing
dated room dripping sound
the location was indeed quite central. i could walk to many places i wanted to see.
the room, however, felt quite dated. the air conditioning struggled to keep up with the athens heat. plus, i encountered a persistent dripping sound in the bathroom and it did bothered me at night.
The hotel sits near the city center. I received an upgrade to a suite. The suite offered a view of the Acropolis. The staff acted friendly and helpful. The hotel's location allowed simple access to many restaurants. The provided breakfast included many options. The dining area remained tidy and well kept. My room remained clean each day. It also had plenty of space. The included balcony had comfortable seating. I found the hotel's proximity to shops useful though the elevators were small. I was pleased with the service. The staff helped me whenever I needed it. They answered my questions promptly and efficiently. The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.
The room faced an interior courtyard. This resulted in some noise from a ventilating machine.
