The breakfast buffet had many options. i enjoyed the greek coffee station. It prepared coffee in the traditional hot sand base. the room was nice and neat, a plus. there was also free bottled water in the room.

The room felt a bit old. It could use some modernization. i did not find usb charging options in the room. the in-room tv was also small and older. There were no streaming apps to log into.

solid stay, spa a highlight

full body massage chocolate treatment excellent massage

I found the spa to be quite good i booked a full body massage. the manager, efi, arranged a complimentary chocolate treatment for my kids. marie provided an excellent massage. My skin felt smooth afterwards. i also used the sauna and steam room prior to my session.

the location required a 15 to 35 minute taxi ride to the main tourist spots i think a location closer to the plaka district would be more convenient next time.

the rooftop area included a swimming pool and bar. the hotel has multiple dining venues including fyllopolis and the juju rooftop restaurant. there is also a business center and a large reception foyer.

the hotel is near the kolonakiou neighborhood and about two blocks from the national gallery of art. many cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. the hotel offered good links to the airport and cruise port.

I appreciated the room's climate control. It maintained a consistent temperature. The room included a hot water kettle with tea and coffee. The elevators worked efficiently. I experienced no long waits.

loud air conditioning slow maintenance

The breakfast had a great selection and variety of food, acceptable.

The room was not clean upon arrival and the minibar was empty, inconvenient. The air conditioning was malfunctioning and made loud noises ALL night. The staff response was slow. Maintenance did not arrive until the next afternoon. I expected a prompt resolution but the problem persisted.
