The breakfast staff was unfriendly, to say the least. on the first day, they told my wife and i we couldn't sit wherever we liked. We had to sit at the assigned table. the staff member's tone was so harsh. It. the next day, i asked for an assigned table, but they put us in a corner far from everyone else. It felt very isolating. the whole experience left a bad impression.

i enjoyed the breakfast. they had made-to-order omelets and prosecco was available. the hotel gave me access to the lake lido a short walk away.

the underground garage is not large. reserving a space well in advance is necessary if you bring a car.

The location was great, a short walk to the waterfront and restaurants. There were many activities nearby. the room was a good size and nice! the spa was really lovely. it was most of the time very quiet and peaceful. breakfast was good with lots of choice including fresh eggs.

our room got very hot and stuffy at night, air conditioning would have been a huge improvement.

The hotel sits conveniently close to the waterfront and several restaurants. This made exploring and dining out easy. i appreciated the short walk to the lake and town center. good transport links were also close by, really helpful.

breakfast included a lot of variety, i found the fresh eggs and omelets particularly appealing. the dining area was clean and well maintained. the restaurant service was superb. dinner was also of high quality.

the staff were wonderful right from walking through the door on arrival. housekeeping staff were meticulous . i found them friendly, helpful and approachable. everyone seemed to have carefully thought of throughout the hotel.
