The staff was very helpful. Barbara and marco particularly stood out to me. the food at the capaninna pool restaurant was superb. i would gladly return here. the location is perfect, a short walk to the lake shore.

The lights in the room only had two settings, bright and dark. This was a minor issue.

the grounds feature beautiful gardens suitable for relaxed walks. many sporting activities are available to hotel guests. an electric gate provides access to a pleasant walk into town.

the hotel grounds feature amazing gardens with beautiful ponds and mountain vistas. there exist three pools, one indoor heated and two outdoor. breakfast included wonderful choices. the location prove good with comfortable, spacious, and clean rooms.

the fitness area staff seemed disinterested and more focused on talking. room service food also arrived missing ingredients. there were two ironing boards in a laundry room, but one did not work. the other ironing board stained my shirt.
