loud tram high floor

The breakfast included a wide variety of choices. It had gluten-free bread and omelettes made to order (which was a really nice touch).

The tram noise was loud. It was quite disturbing. I had read about it, so I requested a high floor, but the hotel did not grant this request. I could feel the vibration of the tram even while showering with music.

fantastic location spa area noisy room 5-star service

the building had a fantastic location near the center of town. the spa area also was nice..

i was slightly disappointed as i expected 5-star service in every aspect. the room was noisy as i could hear the tram quite frequently. it was a bit disturbing to my sleep.

excellent shower tall windows quiet surrounding

The junior suite gave plenty of space with tall windows. the shower worked great too! i loved the quiet surroundings. It. turn-down service was excellent as well. It was a nice touch.

The entrance could be more obvious. It wasn't immediately clear where to go.

I found the breakfast excellent with many options! dinner at the hotel restaurant was also excellent, and the staff was attentive. the food was fresh. Everything seemed well-prepared.

refurbished building spacious room comfortable room sad bar uncomfortable lobby slanting roof

The building has been beautifully refurbished. My room was spacious and very comfortable. The fittings seemed high quality.

The bar looked sad. There is no real lobby for comfortable seating. My room had windows in the slanting roof, so I could not look outside.

modern furniture daily treats clean accommodation

my standard double room featured modern furniture. daily sweet treats were a nice touch to see in the room (i thought this was a great little detail). i found the accommodation very clean overall.

the minibar prices are a bit high.
