The breakfast included a wide variety of choices. It had gluten-free bread and omelettes made to order (which was a really nice touch).

The tram noise was loud. It was quite disturbing. I had read about it, so I requested a high floor, but the hotel did not grant this request. I could feel the vibration of the tram even while showering with music.

the building had a fantastic location near the center of town. the spa area also was nice..

i was slightly disappointed as i expected 5-star service in every aspect. the room was noisy as i could hear the tram quite frequently. it was a bit disturbing to my sleep.

The junior suite gave plenty of space with tall windows. the shower worked great too! i loved the quiet surroundings. It. turn-down service was excellent as well. It was a nice touch.

The entrance could be more obvious. It wasn't immediately clear where to go.

The building has been beautifully refurbished. My room was spacious and very comfortable. The fittings seemed high quality.

The bar looked sad. There is no real lobby for comfortable seating. My room had windows in the slanting roof, so I could not look outside.
