I appreciated the quick service. the staff was very helpful. Everything was easy. location was excellent. It made exploring convenient.

the ac did not work well. there was a power outage so the room was very warm at night. i think the hotel should have offered some kind of compensation for this issue.

the hotel did not compensate for a power outage. the ac did not work and the room was 25c.

The hotel had a library area. It offered complimentary coffee and pastries. i liked that feature. the beds were comfortable. the room also provided good amenities for a relaxing stay. i found the discreet and competent staff very helpful throughout my visit.

the gym was a bit small. it only had a few machines available.
