Mediocre stay. Some serious flaws

noise problem broken hairdryer

the location was acceptable, being close to the main square.

The noise was unbearable. Karaoke from a nearby bar blared until 1 am despite supposed soundproofing. the hairdryer didn't work, and reception didn't answer my calls. topping it off, the rooftop bar lacked basic drinks, leaving me with a very limited choice of beverages.

very nice experience!

huge room entry hall office area double sinks

the hotel room was huge. it had an entry hall with a half bath. a living room includes an office area. i could relax in the large bedroom with a sitting area plus a tv. the double sinks and walk in shower were very useful. the hotel kept everything very clean.

i feel the hotel needs extra attention for the breakfast. long queues created some delays. sometimes it was a wait. it can improve.

excellent central stay

easy check in superb breakfast fabulous pool amazing stay

The reception process was cute with easy check in. the hotel location is fantastic. It is a few minutes walk to the main square. breakfast was superb and the pool was fabulous after a day of sightseeing. i had an amazing stay.

the temperature in the room wasn't as adjustable as i would have liked, though i managed to get comfortable eventually.

best spa wonderful breakfast quiet hotel poor wi-fi cold shower faulty air conditioning

The spa were best. Breakfast were wonderful. The hotel were quiet even its in the center of the city. I liked it so much.

The Wi-Fi did not work. The shower fluctuated between hot and cold water. Air conditioning failed to cool room. It were a disaster. The staff did not know anything.
