i return annually and remain satisfied with my visits. the hotel features a conveniently situated underground parking garage connected directly to the reception area. the air conditioning functioned effectively during the heatwave. the reception team was especially friendly and helpful, which i appreciated a lot.

the main lobby was noisy during the evening. there was a bit too much activity and it was hard to relax.

My stay began with some promise, but it soon faltered. The parking fee was not clearly communicated prior to arrival. Learning about this charge upon arrival was like a cheap trick. The restaurant disappointed me too. One evening, I waited almost an hour for my rib eye steak, then a server told me it hadn't thawed yet, suggesting they serve frozen steaks in a 5-star hotel. After another 30 minutes of waiting, I left and no one even noticed my departure.

the breakfast had many options. the location was really convenient for walking to shops. the pool area was clean and well maintained. the staff at the reception desk were very helpful when i needed directions.

the parking fee seemed a little high, though it was convenient.

I found a couple of things disappointing . The cleanliness was not up to par. I noticed dust in corners and behind the towel rack in the bathroom, not addressed despite mentioning it at reception. The staff seemed to ignore the issue. the parking fee felt excessive. I felt it should have been communicated more clearly before arrival!
