the staff cleaned the room daily and kept it very tidy. fresh fruit and bottled water were available in the room each day. reception and walkways included water, fruit, and sweets (a very nice touch).

the noise from outside kept me awake the suite had big windows and i could hear traffic the receptionist was rude when i checked in she snapped that i was early my friends in standard rooms could not hear the traffic

The room provided ample space with a sizable bathroom and generous closet area. The bed offered amazing comfort coupled with potent air conditioning. Breakfast on the uppermost floor impressed me due to a diverse selection of quality food. I particularly admired the river view from the breakfast area each morning.

The cups in my room were rather small for my liking. I prefer larger cups for my morning coffee.

the breakfast buffet had good variety. i liked the fresh fruit and pastries. the location was convenient. it was close to many restaurants and shops. the room was clean and well kept. it included a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom.

the air conditioning was difficult to adjust. the room temperature felt inconsistent. the noise from the street was noticeable. it made sleeping a little difficult! the rooftop bar was crowded.

the room was soundproof so i heard minimal noise that was acceptable

the receptionist was rude upon arrival she snapped at us because we were early it felt unpleasant then her attitude changed once she realized we booked the suite that was quite jarring also i found i could hear the outside traffic even with the windows closed that kept me awake

The room faced the river, a feature advertised as a benefit. Constant noise from traffic and trams made sleep difficult. the breakfast area felt crowded during peak hours. Staff seemed overwhelmed. It detracted from what could have been a more relaxing experience..
