i have stayed at the hotel for one night. the receptionist sorted all our details and got us checked in quickly. she arranged a taxi for the following day back to the airport. the staff were friendly! it made my stopover enjoyable.
i found that the ev charging points were too expensive. the receptionist warned me of the cost. they were in excess of motorway service station chargers. it was a problem!

i was told the ev points existed (i really needed them) but i was advised not to use them because of the cost. the room was small and very hot. several dishes were unavailable in the restaurant.

the staff was friendly. check in was quick. i paid a reduced parking fee of £3.50 for 24 hours and used the machine inside. the cooked breakfast included plenty of choices.
my room was stifling. other guests were noisy past midnight. my room was above the restaurant so i heard tables and chairs being moved until midnight. it was difficult when i had an early flight.

the staff were fantastic and friendly. the hotel was spotlessly clean everywhere i looked. i found the food for the evening meal and breakfast to be of really good quality and i enjoyed both meals. the shower was powerful and offered plenty of hot water
the room radiator wasn't working it remained a cold ornament throughout my stay i had hoped for a warmer room. reception suggested i turn it on but it had already been tried before. they also suggested i wait a while for the heat to come through
