peaceful spot helpful staff limited menu breakfast quality
the location was lovely, it was very peaceful. the staff were helpful and the cleanliness was great.
The menu did not change, and daily specials remained the same for two nights. the quality of breakfast was not as good as expected. There was no fresh fruit available.

pleasant stay
friendly staff superb views fantastic food
i liked the staff their friendly approachable manner was great nothing seemed like too much trouble for them the food was fantastic i enjoyed the superb views and the beautiful garden the entire experience was nice and was very good.
the showers were temporarily out of order i waited longer than expected for them to be fixed

the hotel's location allows easy travel into keswick it is convenient for exploring the surrounding area without excessive travel time the area has many places to see.

the covey restaurant has a top class menu with interesting options every dish was very well prepared the food tasted delicious i found many twists on traditional meals.

the room was pleasant clean and also comfortable it offered a quiet atmosphere for rest the room size was adequate for two guests and had nice views to see.

the dining area provided amazing views i could see lovely scenery while i ate it created a relaxed pleasant mealtime atmosphere i enjoyed it very much.

the staff demonstrated warmth and attentiveness to all the guests they handled requests efficiently and made sure everyone felt welcome their service was really good and contributed positively to the overall stay experience.

ABSOLUTELY fabulous stay!
cute staff freshly made cookies amazing views
The staff were so cute and professional . i REALLY appreciated the freshly made cookies in my room when i arrived. the views from the dining room were amazing. I LOVED starting my day there.
The shower pressure was a little low. I FOUND it a little difficult to wash my hair quickly.

The room had a large comfortable bed. I SLEPT soundly every night. a hospitality tray offered plenty of choices. It even included hot chocolate. the room DECOR was lovely and felt very luxurious.

Breakfast had delicious options. I ENJOYED it thoroughly each morning. the restaurant offered amazing views while i ate. the COOKED steak was cooked perfectly and the desserts were beautiful.

the outside terrace offered Fine views of the surrounding landscape. the lounge area was comfortable for relaxation. the pretty gardens were well maintained and added to the charm of the hotel.

repeat visit proved worthwhile
smooth check-in polite staff members good facilities
the check-in process was smooth and cute. the staff members were polite and very helpful with directions. the room was clean with good facilities. i had a restful stay.
the menu did not offer many vegetarian options. i found it hard to select something i liked. a wider range of choices would improve the experience for those with dietary restrictions.
