the location was amazing for exploring nearby spots the staff responded quickly to any questions i had the kitchenette came fully stocked with utensils and dishes the studio had bright floor-to-ceiling windows with room-darkening blinds

the steep cobblestone streets surrounding the hotel were a small challenge

the location proved excellent, offering easy access to key sites. the apartment was well-equipped and provided a pleasant stay. the availability of guest laundry was a definite plus. i enjoyed having access to good kitchen equipment.

the heating system was difficult to adjust. turning it off still allowed cold air to blow through occasionally. having it on made the room uncomfortably warm, even on the lowest settings. it was hard to maintain a consistent temperature.

The staff were helpful, they provided extra coffee pods upon request. the digital control panels within the apartment were easy to use. they allowed quick adjustment of lighting and temperature. i especially liked that i could buy snacks in the pantry. It was very convenient for late-night cravings.

the bathroom switch emitted a slight electronic beep periodically throughout the night.

The location proved convenient for accessing nearby restaurants.

The room servicing was inconsistent. It was supposed to happen on day 4 and 7 of my stay, yet it only occurred once. I found myself having to request assistance from staff for basic needs like bin changes and fresh towels (this became quite inconvenient). the provisions were limited. I had to purchase my own salt, sugar, coffee, and milk.

I found modern appliances present in the apartment. The room included fresh milk and water in the fridge. I appreciated the convenient location near main attractions and a quiet setting. The apartment decor was nice.

I find it unfortunate that the electric window curtain didn't work in my room. I wished for the advertised castle view . This small issue slightly affected my enjoyment.
