Fantastic Hotel Experience!

great breakfast friendly staff cozy room

I really enjoyed the breakfast. It was very good! The staff was both friendly and helpful. I found the room to be quite nice and cozy. I had a river view room. It was a pleasant mini upgrade.

phone issue long hold

the waiter, jan, was attentive, we had enough coffee and tea during a busy breakfast.

I had trouble using the room phone. No one answered when i tried to contact reception or housekeeping, even after waiting on hold for ten minutes.

the breakfast had many options. i saw fresh fruit and delicious pastries. the gym had treadmills and weights. i also enjoyed the executive king room. it was spacious and clean. the room had a separate seating area. it included a work desk as well.

the elevator wait times were occasionally long, but it wasn't a major problem.

The king room was well kept. The hotel offers various facilities including a pool. The breakfast included many options. I appreciated the efficient service at the executive lounge. I found this service helpful during my evenings.

missing slippers unresponsive staff

I was quite disappointed by a few things. My room had no slippers. When I called to request them, nobody ever brought them, even after several calls to different departments. I expected better service from a hotel of this supposed caliber, (maybe I just had bad luck?).

fantastic stay!

really good service changing menu delicious sushi competitive price

the staff at the hop house, especially jack and kaleb, provided excellent service. The food arrived quickly and was hot. the executive lounge was a treat, with a daily changing menu and delicious sushi prepared by elisabeth. i also enjoyed the souvenir shop, finding competitive prices on items.

the wait for the lifts was sometimes long.
