dining choices perfect location high temperature small room
The hotel had excellent dining choices. i got hot chocolate from the lobby café, it was very unusual! i learned how to use a bidet. The hotel was great location, very convenient.
the room temperature was impossible to manage. it was very hot and dry. the room was old style! and quite small.

breakfast buffet historical furnishings double charge indifferent staff
The breakfast buffet offered sensational options for every taste. I found the sauna quite enjoyable after a day of exploring the city it was rejuvenating. I was impressed with the historical furnishings it enhanced the experience. The location is very strategic to reach the city center easily.
The hotel charged my credit card twice for a one-week stay. This was frustrating. I requested an early morning taxi to catch a train but it was not reserved this was disappointing. The staff seemed indifferent to loyal patronage something I hope they will improve upon.

I had such a blast . the breakfast buffet was amazing. i loved that it offered so many choices. the location was also perfect. It was close to everything i wanted to see!?!
The gym felt a bit cramped, it was quite small. also, the water dispenser in the gym wasn't working. It was a real bummer. the sauna temperature could have been higher. It wasn't hot enough for me.

i found the staff attentive and friendly. my room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. the breakfast was amazing. i liked the location being right in the center.
