faulty toilet bathroom handle
the location was close to the main attractions, this aspect met my expectations.
my room had a faulty toilet flush, i found this rather inconvenient , and it required attention more than once.

an lovely stay
prime location historic district thoughtful arrangement
The location was prime. it was nestled in the heart of the historic district (it reminded me of stepping back in time!). proximity to iconic landmarks made exploring so easy. i also appreciated the impeccably clean rooms. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged for a restful stay.
the breakfast was disappointing. the boiled eggs were cold, made them hard to peel. i also noticed a lack of internationally recognized options (maybe some pancakes next time?). this resulted in a substandard breakfast experience.

dripping tap sleep disturbance
the hotel's location was convenient enough I could walk to many sites.
the room had a persistent plumbing issue I found annoying the tap dripped constantly throughout the night despite my attempts to tighten it this made it hard to sleep and was a needless disturbance.

Really good stay near main attractions
friendly staff city view breakfast buffet
The staff were the FRIENDLIEST and most accommodating I have ever encountered. I got a complimentary upgrade to a room with a balcony and a city view. The hotel courtyard served breakfast, also a restaurant for dinner. The breakfast buffet had a great variety.
The hotel didn't have proper soundproofing. I could hear noises from other rooms. It affected my sleep quality.

The staff immediately gave us a spacious room upon arrival. All staff members were very service-oriented. The staff packed us sandwiches to take with us to the airport. Staff was available for any eventuality.

The hotel is a historic building with turkish charm. The air conditioning and wifi work REALLY well. Our room had a balcony that looked over the garden restaurant. The bed and pillows are comfortable.
