Underwhelming Stay with Maintenance Issues

The hotel's location was excellent.
Check-in was not great at all. It lacked a cute touch. The shower leaked badly. I noticed mold on the wallpaper behind the bed. That means they need to do better maintenance.

the location is amazing. it is very close to the park and the bazaar. walking distance to the trains. the staff were very helpful and friendly. as my flight would make me leave before breakfast was served, they offered to pack a continental breakfast for me. it was so thoughtful!!!
I was not impressed with the check-in. It could have been much better. the shower leaked across the entire bathroom floor. It created a slippery and unsafe condition. the wallpaper behind the bed showed signs of mold and needed maintenance.

the staff did help me with directions. it was something, i guess.
the shower in my room wasnt good. water leaked all over the bathroom floor, so the floor got wet and slippery every time i took a shower. also, the breakfast was not good and the food seemed to taste strange to me.

Lovely Stay Near Historical Wonders

The location is unbeatable I stepped right outside and found myself moments from major historical sites. Breakfast included a wide array of options I particularly enjoyed the fresh Turkish pastries. The staff were helpful assisting with directions and local recommendations. They arranged complimentary parking nearby which simplified our travels significantly.
The gym equipment is a bit outdated I noticed only one treadmill was fully functional.
