fresh towels kind staff fascinating breakfast
I liked the fresh towels I got. Mr Mohamed Roni was kind and asked if I needed anything, this was cool! Breakfasts are totally fascinating too.
The cleanliness was just okay. There were date pits all over the foyer after iftaar. No clean up happened.

convenient location decent storage small room basic amenities
The hotel provides a convenient location near the Haram. Attending prayers was easy due to the hotel's proximity. The room had decent storage and bathroom facilities.
The room felt small because it included too much furniture. I found basic amenities like water bottles were given reluctantly. Staff called repeatedly to ask about services.

friendly staff hospitable staff room service inconvenient timing
the staff was amazing. hassan in shalimar restaurant was great. also, joel the housekeeper was amazing as well. all and all they were a really kind staff and very hospitable. the room was very clean and tidy.
room service are not always available. room was cleaned at night. it was not convenient, and i did not like the timing.

the room was clean upon arrival.
the laundry service was slow. It takes 48 hours. i also found it inconvenient that they would not iron clothes without washing them.

excellent experience!

great location clean room delicious drinks
the hotel's location is great. the drinks served in the lobby are delicious. kauser and rasel ensured our rooms were always clean and tidy, which i really appreciated. ali in valet service offered really cooperative assistance.
the walls felt quite thin, i could hear noises from adjacent rooms. it definitely impacted my ability to rest after performing umrah.

I am SO happy with my stay! The hotel location is near to Al Haram. Fresh towels were gave to me. service staff were really kindness and always asked if I need something.
The overall cleanliness of the place need improvements. There were many date pits after iftaar all over the foyer. No clean up at all. I saw broken towels and broken cupboards under the coffee machine in the bathroom, very disappointed.
