convenient locationhard bedbathroom maintenance
The location is quite convenient, right by the King Abdulaziz Gate.
The bed was uncomfortably hard. The bathroom definitely needs some maintenance. It felt a bit rundown (some fixtures were loose). Finding a taxi near the hotel proved challenging, especially with heavy bags. I had to carry everything quite a distance to the nearest taxi stand.

the hotel is near the masjid al haram, it is just a short walk i loved. there were stores below the hotel, i found an atm there to my convenience.
the tower entrance was crowded with many people and kiosks, i feel.

The hotel's location is very convenient. It is very close to the Haram (it's just a short walk). (I didn't have to wait long.)
Finding a taxi nearby was difficult. The hotel does not have smoking rooms. my room lacked any view.
