the lifts run very quick and that was much appreciated. the food preparation at the hotel was very good. the hotel location is close to the haram, made access easy.

i found the hotel and the room to seem slightly outdated.

The location is quite convenient, right by the King Abdulaziz Gate.

The bed was uncomfortably hard. The bathroom definitely needs some maintenance. It felt a bit rundown (some fixtures were loose). Finding a taxi near the hotel proved challenging, especially with heavy bags. I had to carry everything quite a distance to the nearest taxi stand.

the hotel is near the masjid al haram, it is just a short walk i loved. there were stores below the hotel, i found an atm there to my convenience.

the tower entrance was crowded with many people and kiosks, i feel.

The hotel's location is very convenient. It is very close to the Haram (it's just a short walk). The lifts were also very quick. (I didn't have to wait long.)

Finding a taxi nearby was difficult. The hotel does not have smoking rooms. my room lacked any view.
