Excellent Hotel Near Haram

convenient location fast lifts attentive security helpful staff

I found the hotel's location convenient, placing me steps away from the main entrance of al-haram. This location is right next to the pedestrian food street. Mini markets and various eating options surrounded the area. The multiple, fast lifts helped a lot, and the attentive security personnel assisted guests efficiently, especially during peak times before and after salah. Luggage storage by the concierge staff was very helpful.

The coffee shop did not quite meet the expectations one might have for a hotel of this caliber.

The housekeeping staff maintained a cute attitude. The concierge provided helpful assistance with luggage. The security personnel offered attentive support, particularly during busy periods around prayer times, and were always available and observant.

advantageous location fine view high standards

The location was advantageous, providing effortless access to key sites. the room provided was of a good size with a fine view. housekeeping maintained very high standards, ensuring cleanliness and order. i particularly valued the late check-out option. It greatly assisted my travel plans.

my room key deactivated nearly every day, even when kept away from my phone. this became a significant inconvenience requiring frequent trips to reception for re-activation.

the room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. blackout curtains effectively blocked sunlight and enhanced sleep quality. ample storage was available, including a closet with hangers and several drawers. a work desk with accessible power outlets facilitated productivity.

staff promptly addressed requests and provided assistance whenever needed! communication was clear and efficient, with multilingual support available. the concierge service offered helpful advice on local attractions and transportation options. i found staff always courteous, though sometimes a bit slow.

great location clean room supportive staff difficult parking street parking valet assistance

The location was fantastic. it was very close to the al-masjid alnabawy. the room was very clean with good supplies. the staff were very nice and supportive. I appreciated their help with directions.

the parking near the hotel was difficult. street parking isn't allowed. finding the route to the hotel parking was not straightforward. i requested help from security and valet, but they didn't assist me with parking.
