the staff was super friendly and hospitable. i checked in and out with no issues at all. neem delivered fantastic room service. rooms were cleaned immaculately regularly.
i noticed a very slight noise from outside, though it wasn't too bothersome.

The location is quite convenient. It is next to a shopping mall. I also found it easy to get a taxi. The staff were really nice too.
The room I had differed significantly from the photos online. There were two small windows separated by a wall. The room felt dim. I also noticed some signs of wear, like dirty bathroom doors.

underwhelming check-in experience

wet carpetunfriendly staff
the check-in process really was not smooth. i arrived at 3 pm, only to find my room wasn't quite ready (apparently, i was too early). after waiting, i got to my room and found a machine running and the carpet wet. it seemed it had not been checked before i got there. the front desk staff were not particularly friendly or accommodating, they could improve the whole experience.
