The Hudson Tavern offered a great dinner. Breakfast at the Mondrian Bistrot featured great food. Shashi was attentive and accommodating.
The pool closed early at 6 PM , disappointing.

the staff was super friendly and hospitable. i checked in and out with no issues at all. neem delivered fantastic room service. rooms were cleaned immaculately regularly.
i noticed a very slight noise from outside, though it wasn't too bothersome.

the room was spacious and modern, with very comfortable beds. there were two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. high-quality toiletries. the room included a well-stocked minibar and a coffee machine.

the hotel is adjacent to a large shopping mall, reachable within a 3-minute walk. this mall had a variety of shops and restaurants. it is very convenient to have all these facilities within such close proximity.

The location is quite convenient. It is next to a shopping mall. I also found it easy to get a taxi. The staff were really nice too.
The room I had differed significantly from the photos online. There were two small windows separated by a wall. The room felt dim. I also noticed some signs of wear, like dirty bathroom doors.

underwhelming check-in experience
wet carpetunfriendly staff
the check-in process really was not smooth. i arrived at 3 pm, only to find my room wasn't quite ready (apparently, i was too early). after waiting, i got to my room and found a machine running and the carpet wet. it seemed it had not been checked before i got there. the front desk staff were not particularly friendly or accommodating, they could improve the whole experience.

The hotel showcased innovative architecture and unique decor, resembling an art museum. Our Superior King Room offered an uninterrupted view of the skyline and waters. The staff demonstrated quick reactions and deep knowledge, exceeding expectations with their friendly and helpful service.
The check-in process was disorganized. I had to wait for my room despite arriving after the stated check-in time.

i found the room spacious. rose flower petals were arranged on the bed, a nice welcome. the room was cleaned daily. the room had much daylight and good views. the assistant manager, mr ferase, was very supportive (i was impressed!).
