adequate stay with service issues
slow check-in unstable chair
the check-in process was slow. there was only one staff member at the desk, causing delays. also, a decorative chair tipped over. it had an unstable design, causing me to fall and hit my head. there was no proper follow-up from the hotel.

excellent stay
spacious room good facilities metro station friendly atmosphere
the room felt spacious and clean it had good facilities. the hotel stood less than five minutes from the metro station. i appreciated the convenient access to public transportation. there was a friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel. i liked the variety of food i found here. shohag and janella worked wonderfully. they engaged the children in the restaurant which i saw. the moussaka and ful medames were tasty choices for breakfast.
some female receptionists lacked courtesy. they weren't very friendly to customers.

the staff demonstrated kindness and care to guests. i noticed several employees were pretty good too ensure comfort. their dedication set this hotel apart. it created a nice experience.

the hotel is well located near several attractions. it takes fifteen minutes to get to the national museum. the market is about a ten minute walk. this made sightseeing very convenient.

The room was quite spacious and included all the expected amenities. The hotel's location in the city center gave me easy access to Souq Wakif. The staff was warm and cute, a plus.
My room lacked attention to detail. The room was not serviced one day. The hotel still uses small plastic bottles for amenities, an environmental concern.
