Excellent Stay, Nice Experience
late check-out pool view luxurious ambiance room interiors
I was there during Christmas. Ms. Cristy assisted us. We were happy with the room. The hotel gave us late check-out to use its amenities. The pool had a great view of the skyline from morning until night. The hotel's ambiance reflected its luxurious name. I liked the interiors throughout. I look forward to coming back again for this luxurious experience.
I noticed some missing amenities, such as slippers and specific bathroom needs.

My room included a comfortable bed and modern furnishings. The space had ample room to relax, unwind and get work done. I found the climate control system effective (this is always great).

The suite offered a washer and tumble dryer.. the daily bed linen change was very welcome. i noticed the supermarket around the corner. i found the reception staff very cute and helpful. Christy. the rooftop swimming pool had amazing city views. i also appreciated the well-equipped gym and available room service.

amazing professionalism significant convenience clean hotel
i really enjoyed my stay. faiza, arjun, farhad, rifat, nilly, and jushma displayed amazing professionalism. their service stood out. the hotel was clean and well-kept. the inclusion of a washing machine in the room was a significant convenience.
the music played on a loop at the outdoor pool got repetitive.

organized service warm welcome
i found the staff attentive and organized. they met my requirements efficiently. everyone was helpful. i enjoyed the food options and al arzeh offered a comfortable space for relaxation. a special thanks to patrick and juma, along with their team, for their warm welcomes. aditya assisted whenever needed, and arjun provided flawless breakfast experiences. fasiyah was calm, polite, super attentive, and amazing at her job. ismail was always ready to help. i will definitely come back.
the electric socket for the kettle was inactive upon arrival. it took three requests to fix this issue. a new kettle was delivered, but it was not the problem. i was very disappointed, especially since the usual standard is high.
