I enjoyed my stay. rooms are spacious. amenities included a large television and comfortable seating. the housekeeping services was very attentive. Wishva ensured my room was always well-stocked and clean. staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful.
the reception was sometimes busy during peak hours, leading to a slight wait.

Acceptable but flawed stay

The room was spacious enough and relatively clean.
I found the service inconsistent and slow at times I waited an hour for someone to take my order and the food was cold upon arrival. I also noticed noise from nearby clubs disrupted sleep since the room lacked proper soundproofing the disturbances occurred frequently at night.

excellent hotel experience

I found the room spacious and comfortable. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i also used the gym. It had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the breakfast had a wide range of options and fresh ingredients.
The pool area was quite crowded . Finding an available lounger proved difficult.

the staff was friendly and professional it was nice.
The room smelled strongly of smoke though i requested a non-smoking room. It was overwhelming. also, my room was not cleaned until late in the afternoon after i had already returned from my meetings.

The breakfast at the market restaurant was quite good. Sony's service there stood out to me. mitchel in laundry was also great, and i appreciated that service too.
my elite status was not acknowledged at check-in, i found that odd. the hotel charged my card for the first night even though i had booked through an app, that caused fx charges on two cards.
