The staff were great, and the gym was well equipped. the pool area was also very nice. It had ample space for relaxation. i found the location convenient for accessing nearby restaurants and attractions. beach club access was a great addition.
The wc door was missing. It was a slight inconvenience.

The thai restaurant was quite good. I enjoyed the food there.
I found some issues . I had to wait over 40 minutes to get towels after check-in. the body wash bottle was empty. There were also black dots on the sheet, concerning.

the location was acceptable. the proximity to nearby facilities was convenient.
my room was not cleaned well. i requested a room cleaning, but it wasn't thorough. also, the refrigerator did not work, and despite my request, it was not fixed. maintenance staff entered with dirty shoes, which soiled the carpets.

I found the room spacious. The staff was helpful with directions to local attractions. Breakfast had a satisfactory number of options, i appreciated that.
The room service was slow. A coffee machine in my room did not work properly, i reported the issue but it was not addressed . There was noticeable wear and tear in the bathroom, mainly in the shower area.
